Can more than one person be notified of problems?
Of course. For Premium accounts, we can setup more than one person to be notified of issues. Some of the ways that we've set this up before include notifying your IT consultant of issues with mail server, or your web designer for issues with your web site, or whoever you need to contact to fix problems with your systems.
However, on Free accounts there is a limit of one email address that can be notified. If you need to notify more than one person of issues than you'll need to move to our Premium Account.
