I received an alert on my phone, but I don't know what it means?
Due to the nature of SMS messages, we have to do some shortening of what we'd really like to say about in them. The important parts of the message is truly the 'critical', 'warning' or 'OK'. Basically the message is telling you that something that we are monitoring for you is not right, or it's ok. You get critical messages when the system has tried to run it's tests 4 times in 4 minutes without success, the critical when it's been down for 5 minutes, and the OK when it comes back up. Please check our list of Alerts for more information on what each alert message means.
